These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and rajaph ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the rajaph online gaming platform, including all games, services, and features available at https://rajaph.cam and related mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any rajaph gaming products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with rajaph, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account. rajaph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address or through prominent notice on the rajaph website. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms create a binding legal agreement enforceable under Philippine law. By using rajaph services, you waive any right to dispute the validity or enforceability of these Terms in any jurisdiction other than the Republic of the Philippines.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the rajaph platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and rajaph, superseding all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Service.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account with rajaph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration. rajaph implements strict age verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation regulatory framework. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification upon request to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balances.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent, placed under guardianship, or otherwise lack legal capacity to contract are prohibited from using rajaph services.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

rajaph services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and gameplay. Use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with rajaph. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately upon detection, and all balances therein may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account registration with rajaph requires provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure its accuracy throughout your use of the Service.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rajaph account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions and gameplay associated with your account. You agree to notify rajaph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

rajaph implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR directives. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) for verification purposes. Additional documentation may be requested at rajaph's discretion, including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account limitations, including restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

rajaph accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine users, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other approved electronic payment systems.

4.1 Payment Methods

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rajaph reserves the right to refuse deposits from unverified payment sources or sources that cannot be adequately verified as belonging to you.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. rajaph reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering review and may be delayed pending verification.

4.3 Deposit Processing

While rajaph endeavors to process deposits instantly, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the payment provider's systems. rajaph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking institutions.

4.4 Deposit Errors

In the event of a deposit error resulting in incorrect crediting of funds to your account, whether in your favor or against you, you agree to notify rajaph immediately. You acknowledge that any excess funds credited to your account due to technical error, processing mistake, or other error constitute rajaph property and must be returned upon request. Use of erroneously credited funds constitutes fraud and may result in criminal prosecution.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

All gaming activity on rajaph must be conducted in accordance with these Terms, applicable game rules, and Philippine gaming regulations.

5.1 Fair Play

You agree to engage in gameplay for entertainment purposes only and to refrain from any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity. Use of bots, automated software, exploits, or any technology designed to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5.2 Game Rules

Each game available on rajaph has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and wagering requirements. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. rajaph is not liable for losses resulting from your misunderstanding of game rules.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunction, software error, or other system failure affecting game outcomes, rajaph reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. You acknowledge that technical issues may occasionally occur and agree that rajaph's liability in such circumstances is limited to refund of your stake.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with rajaph's standard procedures and are subject to verification requirements.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods verified as belonging to you. rajaph requires that withdrawals be processed through the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

rajaph endeavors to process withdrawal requests within two to four (2-4) hours for verified accounts using standard Philippine e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya). Bank transfer withdrawals may require additional processing time. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary based on your account status and verification level. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP program terms.

6.4 Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. rajaph reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing withdrawals, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in withdrawal request cancellation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

rajaph offers various bonuses and promotional offers subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion.

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the promotional terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

rajaph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse, including creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, irregularities in gameplay patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other fraudulent activity related to bonus offers.

8. Responsible Gaming

rajaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling among Philippine players.

8.1 Self-Limitation Tools

rajaph provides players with tools to set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time limits. You are encouraged to use these tools to maintain control over your gaming activity. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately and any increase request is subject to a cooling-off period.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from rajaph services at any time by contacting customer support. During self-exclusion periods, your account will be blocked from all gaming activity, deposits, and promotional communications. rajaph will take reasonable measures to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts, but you acknowledge that you remain responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

rajaph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

9.1 Grounds for Termination

Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, underage gambling, creation of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software or techniques, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behavior toward rajaph staff or other players, or any other violation of these Terms.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. rajaph may, at its discretion, refund your account balance excluding any bonus funds or disputed amounts, or may forfeit account balances if termination results from your fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on rajaph, including text, graphics, logos, software, and game designs, is owned by rajaph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on rajaph without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, rajaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. rajaph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of rajaph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
